About us

A property maintenance business built on doing the job properly

Tony The Property Services Limited provides repair, installation and home improvement services to residential and commercial customers across Glasgow and central Scotland.

Most property work does not need a specialist contractor and a three-week lead time. It needs someone competent who turns up when they said they would, prices the job honestly, and finishes it to a standard that holds up. That is the gap this business exists to fill.

We cover the range of trades a property actually needs day to day — painting and decorating, wallpapering and panelling, TV mounting and blinds, furniture and cupboard fitting, tiling, plastering repairs, door and hinge work, and the running list of smaller jobs that never quite justifies its own call-out. Keeping those under one roof means work is sequenced sensibly and there is one person accountable for the result.

We work for homeowners, for landlords and letting agents managing turnarounds between tenancies, and for small commercial premises that need maintenance handled without disrupting trading. The approach is the same in each case: understand what is actually needed, price it clearly, and do it well.

The aim is straightforward — a professional, convenient and fairly priced service, delivering results the customer is glad they paid for.

What we hold to

Four things we do not compromise on

  • Quality of workmanship

Work is done to a standard that still looks right years later, not one that photographs well on the day. That means proper preparation, correct materials and no shortcuts on the parts nobody sees.

  • Attention to detail

Straight lines, clean edges, level fittings and tidy junctions. The details are what separate a professional finish from a competent one.

  • Reliability

Turning up on the agreed day, within the agreed window, with the right materials. If something changes, you hear about it from us first.

  • Clear communication

Written quotes, plain explanations of what the work involves, and an honest answer when something is not worth doing.

Happy to talk through what you need

If you are unsure whether a job is worth doing, or which approach makes sense, say so when you get in touch. An honest answer costs nothing.
