Most properties build up a list: a shelf that needs putting up, a handle that has come loose, a seal that has failed, a curtain pole that was never quite right. Individually none of them justifies a call-out. Together they are a half-day of work.

We take the list. Booking a single visit for several jobs is more economical than treating each as a separate call, and it means one person is accountable for the whole lot.

Send the list in advance: Tell us everything on it when you request a quote. That lets us bring the right materials and book realistic time, instead of discovering the scope on the day.
Priced by the visit where it makes sense: For a batch of small jobs, a half-day or full-day rate is usually better value than pricing each item separately. We will tell you which applies.
One point of accountability: One tradesperson does the whole list and is responsible for all of it, so nothing falls between two trades.
